5 teams took part in this year’s event, after 8 rounds of questions, and a few biscuits, long Buckby emerged as the winners. The questions were varied from geography and history to scouting. The best answer we were given to the question “Who is the chief scout” was Patrick, I’m sure the cubs look up to him, but I’m not sure he is quite in Bear Grylls, league yet.

The placings with scores out of 80 were:

1st place	Long Buckby	62
2nd place	Crick and West Haddon	56
3rd place	Brixworth	53 ½
4th place	Byfield	48
5th place	3rd Daventry	41 ½
