Raft Race 2009

5th July 2009 was the date of this years Scout Raft Race at Daventry Country Park, which was a lovely day, and enjoyed by all taking part whether their team won or not.
We had 9 groups taking part with three groups putting two teams in.

The day went as follows:

Explorers Race We had 5 explorers Units take part this year they where Black Chimera (Heyford), Membris (Woodford Halse, Byfield), Ajax (Welford), Tazmaian Devils (Daventry), All Saints (Brixworth) With AJAX (Welford) as winners
