Daventry Scouts

The District Executive Committee would like to invite your group Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary to a meeting on;

Tuesday 12^th February 2012 at 2^nd Daventry Scout HQ 8pm for 8:15 start

Every Beaver, Cub, Scout and Explorer has a leader to turn to.

Every Leader has support from their Group Scout Leader and District Section Leaders.

Every Group Scout Leader has support from their respective Executive commitees and the District Commissioner.

The members of a Group Executive committee are there to support the group.

The District Exec commitee are here not only to support the District Scouting Team but also to help and support each group executive, this is why we are calling a meeting.

The key objectives for the evening will be to:

• Meet the key members of the District Exec
• Discuss dates for Group AGM's
• Discuss Group finances
• Training for exec members
• District support ..... How can we help you?
